Affordable Housing Development and Management
REACH’s portfolio includes single-family homes and large apartment buildings, new construction and substantial renovation. Over 1,200 residents live in our well-managed and well-maintained homes. Our commitment to innovative and green building practices creates high quality and durable structures that benefit our residents, our bottom line and the environment.
Resident Services
REACH is committed to supporting families and individuals in our housing have stable homes. Programs include: financial education for adults, employment training, services for the formerly homeless and seniors and Youth$ave, a financial literacy and matched savings program, giving youth ages 9-18 a jump start on moving out of poverty.
Community Builders
REACH’s Community Builders Program operates city wide to provide free home repairs for homeowners who need help due to age, disability and low income. Since 1996 we have completed over 3,500 repairs for more than 1,000 households. Our premier volunteer event, the Paint & Repair-a-thon, brings together over 300 businesses, individuals and group volunteers to help senior and disabled homeowners live safely in their homes.
