Housing Success
Housing Success and Eviction Prevention
The main goal of the Resident Services Department is to help you stay in your housing. To that end, we have several approaches to connect you to resources and information. Contact at 503-231-0682 ext.129 for more details about these programs.
HomeFront Newsletter
The HomeFront is a bi-monthly newsletter for residents featuring up-to-date local resources, events, and important news about our programs. Read our latest and past issues of HomeFront.
The Closet
The Closet is now open for business to help supplement your food and household items! The Closet has returned to its regular operating hours, Tuesdays from 2-4 p.m. - located at REACH’s main office at 1135 SE Salmon. If you find that you are in need of food, stop by during the Closet hours or contact Austin. The Closet is only open to residents of REACH housing and can be used once a month for food and once a week for household goods.
Check out other information on local food and clothing resources.
Do you need furniture or other larger items?
If you need furniture or other larger items, we may be able to arrange for you to get what you need from the Community Warehouse. To qualify residents must be referred by their case manager or Austin Erdman.
Are you having trouble paying your rent this month?
Resident Services staff may be able to connect you to rental assistance. Please call us as soon as you know you won’t be able to pay the next month’s rent. The sooner we know, the more chance for assistance.
