Resource Development and Program Intern (AmeriCorps/VISTA) This position will assess current fundraising plans and procedures, recommend strategies to help maximize our effectiveness, develop marketing tools for program specific fundraising, research best practices for tracking and reporting program outcome measures and contribute to the strengthening of relationships with our existing and potential donors and community partners. Bachelor’s degree and Microsoft Office proficiency a must. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience with graphic design and marketing strongly preferred. Living allowance, health insurance and more. 12 month position starts 8/24/07.

On-Site Building Monitor. 20 unit newer apartment building located in SE Portland, housing persons with special needs, requires a responsible and dependable person to live on-site and respond to after hours lock-outs, emergencies, and minor maintenance. The employee will also perform regular janitorial duties.
