I have read the eligibility requirements for each of the properties I am applying for. I understand that upon receipt of this completed waitlist pre-application that my name will be placed on the waitlist in the order received.

I understand that my listing on the waitlist is not a guarantee for housing. When a vacancy occurs, applicants are notified by management in the order waitlisted by date to begin the formal application and eligibility process.

I understand that my eligibility will be determined and final application will be approved based on my current information at the time of the in-take appointment.
