Your Pre-Application has been submitted!

Thank you for your interest in REACH housing. We have received your wait list pre-application. You should receive a confirmation email summarizing your housing selection process.

Next Steps:

  1. Management will review your pre-application for completion and eligibility and put you on a waitlist. Vacancies are filled in the order applicants are waitlisted, by date.
  2. Management will contact you by phone or mail when a vacancy occurs according to your position on the waitlist. You will then begin the formal rental application and eligibility process.
  3. Set up an appointment with the Property Manager to view the property and complete a full rental application.
