Something is broken in my apartment. How do I get it fixed?
Follow these instructions on how to fill out a maintenance request form.

How long can I expect to wait when a work order is submitted?
When a Maintenance Request has been submitted, it takes approximately three to five days for the request to be completed.  Emergencies are dealt with immediately. 

What is PTE? 
PTE is Permission to Enter.  This is requested whenever there is a Maintenance Request and will allow the Maintenance Tech access to the apartment to complete the request.  If you choose not to allow entry and would rather schedule an appointment you are welcome to do so.  Please keep in mind, the appointment must be during office hours.

What if I have an emergency outside of office hours?
If the emergency is something involving fire, medical or illegal activity, call 911 first.  Then, call the emergency number posted at your building.  This service will page the person on-call to handle emergencies and they will call you back for details.  The On-Call Maintenance Tech will respond to maintenance emergencies, i.e. flooding, lock problems, etc.
